My review for TGI Fridays – This is a great chain of restaurants that serve comfort food with a nice laid back ambience to enjoy yourself after a long day at work.
The southwest potato twisters were interesting and I enjoyed how they weren’t just some plain old potatoes. The cheese, sour cream, and cilantro on top of the potatoes made it more tasty.
I got the half portion of the steamed potato mussels and shrimp pasta for my main course. I enjoyed the shrimp better than the mussels because the mussels were a bit bland until I mixed it with the pasta sauce. The chimichurri sauce was great, but the parmesan cheese crust was not nice for me as I prefer garlic bread with my pastas.
This restaurant deserves a rating of 3.5/5.
I ordered the southwest potato twisters for 39DHS, and the steamed mussels and shrimp pasta for 47.50DHS.
The pricing of the dishes here were what I would expect at this well known chain, it was pretty decent for the large portion sizes.
The service was great where our server was making sure that my guest and I were having a good dinner experience. The food and drinks came to the table quickly.
The ambience of the restaurant was very much similar to their American branches which was good because that is what I liked when I was visiting their Las Vegas location.
